At S-PM, Inc. our goal is to create and preserve asset values for our clients, giving them a sense of security that their investment is safe in our hands, and that we will manage their property as our own.
S-PM, Inc. (an acronym for Stangl Property Management) was established January 1, 1991. We are a small management company which historically manages approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial properties annually. Although we are a small company, we have managed properties for large corporations and high net worth individuals with great success. We are asset managers more than property managers. We preserve and improve the asset through our collaborative efforts and extensive experience as property owners. Not only are Mike Stangl and Margo Stangl Cowley the co-owners of S-PM, Inc., they are property owners and developers and know firsthand the importance of effective property management.

The majority of the properties we manage are our own properties that we have either developed or have developed and sold to our clients. Our emphasis is on the owner’s positive financial outcome while keeping good rapport with the tenants. This is an often-overlooked issue. Tenant turnover can be one of the most expensive components an owner can incur. Landlord/Tenant relations are often not given the importance they deserve.
