  • Provide maintenance services if requested.

  • Quarterly provide our owners with a “Budget to Actual Report” so you can track your investment

Our Staff

Mike Stangl

Education: BS Trinity University, Business & Finance
Years at S-PM: Since 1991
S-PM Duties: Mike approves budgets and expenses; oversees operations and coordinates personnel; interfaces with tenants, owners, accountants, attorneys, city leaders and lenders. Mike is also the licensed principal real estate broker for S-PM.
Personal Interests: Mike likes to travel, hunt birds, fish, golf and scuba dive. He is married to Therese Stangl and they have two beautiful daughters.

Margo Cowley

Education: BS Utah State University, Fashion Merchandising with minors in Business and Interior Design & Textiles.
Years at S-PM: Since 1991
S-PM Duties: Margo oversees all the insurance needs, benefits, and shares the human resource and all aspects of the business operations with Mike Stangl.
Personal Interests: Margo has been married to Jon since 1982 and has two beautiful married children and one wonderful grandson. She loves her family and spending as much time as possible with them, friends, serving others, hiking, skiing, quilting, reading, traveling and family history.

Therese Stangl

Education: BA Trinity University, Political Science & Business Administration
Years at S-PM: Since 2011
Responsibilities: Therese takes care of overall management and organization of properties and tax preparation.
Personal Interests: Therese loves the beach, summer and sunshine. She is originally from Texas. She is married to Mike Stangl and they share the same two beautiful daughters. She likes cross stitching, time with friends, volunteering, boating and fishing.

Susan Lundstrom

Education: BS University of Utah and MBA University of Phoenix;
Years at S-PM: Since 1995
S-PM Duties: Susan’s strengths include but are not limited to being committed to excellence, dependable with an acute sense of detail; At our office, she can pretty much do everything.
Personal Interests: Susan has been married since 1994 to her high school sweetheart, Layne. She has no two-legged children but multiple four- legged children, is loyal to family and work place associates; Susan has a huge interest in animal welfare, reading, scuba diving and an intense love for the great outdoors!

Scott Dee

Education: Associates of Applied Science degree in AutoCAD drafting and design. Microsoft certified systems engineer training and certificate. Licensed Realtor.
Years At S-PM: Since 2005
Duties at S-PM: At our office, Scott is our Field Manager.  He coordinates phone calls to and from tenants, contractors and maintenance companies. Scott plans and executes the short and long- term scheduled maintenance (including asphalt, landscape, roofing, and building maintenance). “I want our tenants to know we care about them and their problems or concerns.”  He also keeps our computers functioning at their highest capacity by being in charge of the computer system operations.
Personal Interests: Scott has been married to Shannon since 2002 and is the father of 4 beautiful children. He enjoys exercise, riding his side by side in the mountains, growing flowers/plants and landscaping.

Dixie Suite

Education: LDS Business College, American Institute of Banking, Insurance License, Mortgage lending classes, Notary license
Years at S-PM: Since 1993
S-PM Duties: At our office, Dixie works in both the real estate development office as well as the property management office, doing the accounting and administrative duties those entail. She is a liaison between the owners and tenants handling customer relations. Dixie has enjoyed working for 46 years with owners of companies in an administrative capacity. She is very organized, detail oriented and a team player.
Personal Interests: Dixie has been married to Don, a musician, since 1994. She loves music and dancing. They have five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
